Property Manager & Leasing Specialist
Patti is a Property Manager and Leasing Specialist. Patti’s job is to guide prospective tenants through the application and leasing process and initiates tenant background checks. Patti is responsible for management agreements, negotiation, execution and ratification and tenant lease creation, negotiation, and execution. Additionally, Patti assists in maintenance issues and is responsible for all emergency after business hours maintenance issues. She has worked 20 years as a licensed Real Estate agent in this market, earned the CCIM designation, and is looking forward to working with you.

Property Manager
Casie is a Property Manager. Casie has over 18 years of property management experience. Casie handles all tenant renewals and all vendor bill payments. Casie works directly with both owners and tenants on a variety of topics such as setting showing appointments, owner’s statements, late rental payments, and work orders just to name a few. Casie is one of the main contacts for all owner’s and tenant’s questions. Casie loves working with the people and helping them find their place to call home. Casie’s experience is working with the military and college students along with everyone else who calls Manhattan, Kansas their home. Pedro Sanchez
Property Manager
Pedro is a Property Manager. Pedro ensures our clients are as comfortable and content as possible to bestow their peace of mind and a sense of security in their rental property. Pedro responsibility is to provide future tenants with rental showings that will include as much detailed information about the units as possible. Pedro conducts property inspections, communicates with vendors on maintenance issues to make sure repairs are completed as soon as possible, and conducts move-out inspections when the lease of our tenants has concluded. Assistant Property Manager
Andrew is an Assistant Property Manager. Andrew shows prospective tenants available and upcoming properties. Andrew performs external visual inspections of currently rented properties and helps conduct bi-annual walk-through tours with current tenants. Andrew also conducts tenant move-out and move-in inspections. Andrew ensures that properties are orderly and tidy and alerts rental owners and the maintenance team, if he notices items that require repairs. Andrew is also a licensed real estate agent.
